Hello, I'm Abdallah Magdy, a biomedical engineering student at Cairo University and a passionate software engineer at Ezz Medical Industries. I specialize in front-end web development, utilizing cutting-edge technologies like React, Next.js, and TypeScript to create responsive and engaging user interfaces. My goal is to bridge the gap between healthcare and technology by leveraging the power of code to solve real-world healthcare challenges. My journey in the field of biomedical engineering has provided me with a unique perspective, allowing me to combine my love for technology and healthcare. I believe in the potential of code to save lives, and I'm dedicated to using my skills to make a positive impact on the healthcare industry. Software Engineer (Full-Stack)

Ezz Medical Industries

July 2023 - Present

Developed the new UI layer of ERA (Engineering Requirements Application), an internal tool used across all company departments to enhance workflow and ensure traceability and compliance with international standards. Implemented with React.js and Vite.
Contributed to the development of the RESTful API for the internal tool following the UI layer migration. Implemented in C# and .NET Core.
Implemented CI/CD pipeline for continuous deployment of ERA's frontend (React.js) and backend (.NET Core) using Azure DevOps Pipelines and FTP.
Developed a Flask API for bidirectional conversion of JSON files and HL7 messages, facilitating medical data exchange.
Developed a Power BI dashboard to assist the testing team in tracking their progress and previous tests.

Software Engineer (Front-End)

Fanous Clinic

February 2024 - Present

Developed the clinic's official website, ensuring compliance with HIPAA standards, optimized performance & SEO, and responsive UI. Implemented in Next.js and TypeScript.
Developed the clinic's practice management system frontend (Fanous Clinic PMS) for automating appointments scheduling, patient registration and management, appointments follow-ups, and auto-reporting. Implemented in React.js, TypeScript and Vite.
